I designed some 3D printed custom syringe tips when I was applying adhesive to hold these vertical bars upright. They needed to be in place before the adhesive was applied, and nothing could get in there very well. So a few minutes of modeling and a couple hours of printing resulted in a completed conservation treatment on an Egyptian window.
